Hammad Impressions—Return and Refund Policy

At Hammad Impressions, every piece is crafted with precision and care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return an item, our policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • A proof of purchase is required.

Please note that items damaged through wear or alteration are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Fees

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • International: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
