Hammad Impressions Return, Refund

Return Policy

At Hammad Impressions, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns (Pakistan & International)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases where items are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • International: International customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Additionally, any customs fees or import duties will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days. However, bank processing times may vary.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on gift cards or sales and discounted items. Please contact us if you have questions about eligibility for a specific item.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange process, please return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
